Just curious....Who assigns the ratings on a post? I've posted a number
of times and have never had a rating. Yet I see posts that often don't
even address the issue in the original post given a 5 star rating. I've
never seen a 1 star or a 3 star...always a 5 star. Are they always that
good?

Well it was a dumb post so I removed it. However, it should have had at
least a 1 star rating. I notice that your reply gets a 5 star. How come?

Hi Wally, The rating system for posts on rcw is somewhat like the rating
system for pics on other forums. Mostly benign with a few scattered
strict graders to stir the pot.

Anyway, you have tenure here so your posts are exempt from being rated.
