woodturning
Hi,Iwas thinking about taking up woodturning and i want some advise on
what tools i would need to start spindle work i have a bench grinder and i was looking at a 36 inch lathe with a swivel head and 4 speeds but i was wondering what other tools that i would need to start out with and any recomondations many thanks |

A set of calipers, a face shield. A wall-mounted drafting lamp is very nice to have. You may need a steady rest, or you can make one, to prevent whipping when turning long spindles. "The Complete Guide to Sharpening" by Lee is excellent. |
