Default gas fire cutting out, any advice?

hi all,

im having a bit of a problem with my gas fire. its a "royal cozyfires turbo
toaster mk 2" that cuts out after 10-20 minutes.

i replaced the thermocouple and this sorted it for about six weeks but its
done it twice again today.

it won't relight untill its cooled down, and if you do try to light it
immediately you can hear the gas flow for the pilot sounds restricted and
weak.

ive ordered another thermocouple but wondered if anyone had another idea?

thanks
darren

1. Thermocouple not receiving enough heat to latch the gas valve.
2. Faulty gas valve.

Check the pilot flame is adequate as a first step.
