Seen these things in B&Q that are like an immersion heater (I presume) that screw into the bottom of a regular CH towel rail. Are they very good yes and where might I get one? (Can't seem to see them for sale in B&Q, just on a display model) They're usually laid out in long boxes near the radiators in B&Q. If not visible try asking for the plumbing guy or try a different B&Q - maybe you need the big 'Warehouse' style B&Q. I've seen them in several B&Q, though thinking back, they were all w'house B&Qs. The rad can get quite warm or even hot with these, so check you don't fit one over rated for your size of rad: Check the instructions in the box and/or radiator leaflets lying around in B&Q. HTH |
