Think you'll find all HID equipped cars have headlight washers. And if not
self levelling headlights, self levelling rear suspension. And since the
latter may not be fitted across the range, changing to E-marked non self
levelling headlamps to a vehicle without it could be against the regs.

The whole thing is badly thought out.
