Default Subsidence measurements ?

A surveyor came round last week and said we could inject foam under the house.

The geobear website says its wonderful, but they would, wouldnt they.
https://www.geobear.co.uk/non-disruptive-technology/
"Thanks to the advanced nature of Geobearss solutions, buildings dont always have to be lifted to be repaired. In some cases, a number of very small sized holes can permit geopolymer resins to be injected through floor coverings and finishings should lifting not be a feasible or necessary option."

Any experiences of this?

George

I had to cut almost half an inch at an angle off a sticky door,
maybe six inches over ten years?

Is there a tool to measure the slope or position of the walls very accurately and then again a year later?

No experience but sounds iffy to me.
Is the building still moving? Quite often they move and then stop.
It's important to monitor what's happening.
Did you glue glass telltales over the cracks?

You need to get advice from other sources.
You need to speak to previous customers of this firm.
Also check with your neighbours if they have any history and the cures.
