The French elite in Paris & Brussels, who dominate senior EU
bureaucrats, continuous attempts to impose their authoritarian rule
over member states will cause the EU to eventually implode. Merkel
who’s in her final months supports Macron belligerent rhetoric hoping
other nations adopt their uncompetitive practices and protectionist
policies such as permitting US agricultural imports into the EU. There
is virtually nothing member states agree on..

And in Brussels and Paris , agency managements are meeting to plan for
reductions in force at their respective bureaucracies to respond to
the economic slow down.

This is the society that Democrats in America want so badly.

A friends children hired a nanny from Germany. From the moment she
got here it was obvious that her number one goal was to get married.
As she was a good looking girl it didn't take long. I asked her why
she got married so young and she said it would guarantee her US
citizenship. I asked her if this was a common attitude in Germany and
she said everyone she knew wanted to get out. Sure enough, every one
of a dozen other male and female nannies she knew were married before
being sent home. Europe is in big trouble.

Ha ha.
The entire world is becoming more Trumpy.
Marxism, Globalism, and Climate Scientology are all on the run.
Good riddance.

But the MSM told us the yellow vest protests were over a diesel tax?
The reality is, the peasants in the EU are rejecting globalism,
socialism, political correctness, global warming and forced
immigration.

So let me see the developed countries of the world the ones with the
most Socialist like policies are the ones with the slowest growth .
You would think that in countries with "free" health care and "free"
universities there would be more economic growth . But there isn't
and the reason is because the taxes to support this are remove
incentive to work hard. To start your own business. Why do that when
the government will take over half of what you make . This is the
world Bernie Sanders and AOC wnat us to live in . They want everyone
to be beholden to the government and to politicians like them.

So the French have reached a point where they can't raise taxes to
support the demands of their welfare state but they can't cut back
because everyone is so dependent on the State.

It's all self-inflicted. They adopt social policies which are
economically unsustainable. They live in a fantasy world of
expectations. They are Weltschmerz, or world weary. They are in
decline and will be devoured by those who will supplant their power
and influence.

The "socialist" mentality is socially and economically toxic. We have
to be very careful in the US that we don't fall into it. The Dems need
to resist the socialist siren better than Repubs did the populist one.
