One of the things that I can do really well is judge a customer.

So when I went to this ones house and she answered the door I said
"Sorry I must have the wrong house I was expecting an old woman"

The 82 year old customer loved it.

and then you shagged her ;-)

I might **** her daughter with a sledge hammer.

She (daughter) has been on the phone this morning asking why she has not
received the EICR report.

Job done on Friday and finished at about 5pm. This then needs my report
typing into a computer (office staff do that job), printing off and
posting to her. We can send the EICR as PDF via email if requested but
she did not ask for that.

Letting agents my arse.
