Can you give an example of *any* UK demand they have given in to?

I don't think the detail of these negotiations is ever public. It would
make it very difficult to arrive at any kind of agreement if every new
proposition and every bit of posturing was going out live on air. When
brexiters say (as they do) publicly that the EU has failed to respect
the uk or has been intransigent you should remember that they are
unverifiable claims.
