That's cables entering electricity meters. These are not supplier meters. The meters have no additional covers, and due to the terminal arrangement it's not possible for the outer grey jacket to enter the meter - it just has the external holes for L&N. Suggested solutions?

3D print some covers and strain reliefs so the grey part is included.

Or just ignore it and put a lock on the door.

Plastic trunking.

Adaptable boxes, drilled to suit.

Surface mounting plastic back box with blanking plate front cut
and shaped to suit.

Yes, that's what I was thinking last night. And it can have a cordgrip put in there.
Socket backboxes there isn't enough space for.

Adaptable boxes, drilled to suit.

The question is what type of box. Trunking and adaptable box were the answers.
