Default Cable Route Issue

Hi all

Currently trying to re-route cables/reposition fixings/add isolators to
satsify BCO inspector kitchen first fix!

So I now have a dual box for kick space heater/fridge-freezer spurs and a
single box for an oven isolator on the wall alongside the tall units which
will house oven/f-f.
As the oven isolator is to the right of the dual box, I need to get past
this and its outlet with a feed for the fridge freezer (plug socket or cable
outlet haven't decided yet).

The question relates to cables feeding outlets in/at the back of cupboards.

My intention (and I've already made a start) was to chase down approx 6"
from the isolator then chase horizontally to the cable outlet location
behind the tall units. The vertical chase would be in the safe zone below
the isolator, and the horizontal chase would be in the safe zone defined by
the cable outlet. But the outlet is concealed in a cupboard therefore not
obvious, so maybe the horizontal chase is now "at risk". I could go up
above ceiling (vertical in safe zone), across in the ceiling void, then back
down to the outlet. But this leaves me in the same position with the
vertical drop to the outlet being "drillable".

The diagrams in the Engineers guide show isolators above worktops with the
outlets directly below but don't adress the issue of isolators covering tall
unit outlets.

Any thoughts please?

Phil
