Hi folks, Been absent from the group for sometime, glad to see some folks still here :-) Redecorating daughters bedroom, has Victorian sash windows, they are being painted inside a different colour to the outside ( standard white). Can't quite decide on which bits to paint the inside colour, in particular the tops and bottoms of the slider channels which are hidden when closed Any opinions? Thanks You can't win in all situations. I'd just paint as far as the parting bead, outside of that it'd be outside colour. It looks as good as it can that way. NT |

Thanks Outside painter paints everything they can reach with the windows closed. Inside painter can open the window and paint everything else. TW |

I was told anything that only shows (from the inside) with a window open should be the outside colour.
