Default Parliament hinges a.k.a?

Need some parliament type hinges to throw a door 20mm clearer so
it will fold back 180 degrees.

Looking online the pricing seems extortionate for parliament
hinges 15 quid a pair upwards?!

What else can I search for ? I tried projection hinges but not
much better.

They're going on a shed door so they need to be pretty or highly
engineered; zinc plate will do.

TIA

Hook and band hinges are commonly used to achieve 180deg opening. The hook sitting on the face of the wall adjacent to the door enables doors to be swung flat against the wall. Galvanised versions are quite common. Security can be achieved by setting one hook upside down and securing the hooks with coach bolts.

You're hard to please.

The cheapest way to do this is to surface mount pieces of 10+ mm wood on
the door and on the shed. Then use ordinary hinges.

Make up some extension screw plates and weld them onto normal hinges then...

If I understand correctly won't that mean some hinge screws will
likely hit the junction between existing frame/door & 10+mm
wood?

Because they cost more to make.

there's enough meat on the frame to start hanging that sort of

Tons of parliament hinges for peanuts, like US$1 each on alibaba.
Must be someone who buys the minimum order of 100 and resells them.
