Itls very difficult charging a black person or a non white person with racism in a country where the majority is white. A friend was told this years ago in newham after he was racially abused (he's scottish) so he tried to claim race discrimination the police told he he couldn;t because he was white and not classed as a minority in that area. (this was 20 years ago)


There was a program last week about newham, where even the asian/black population agreed that there are no white english people left in the area.
It was a repeat but I hadn't seen it before.

No its not true at all.
Racism is just another way to pigeon hole stuff in this case people.
Stereotypes and all of that, we are all biased by our experience and
teaching.

A man was assaulted here, "English *******" cried the attacker before punching him. He was done for racially aggravated assault, or some such term. Both caucasian. I am in Scotland.

My friend was scottish in newham east London he was a minority.
He and his wife were pretty much the only white people in the towerblock, (they are also the only couple I know who like chris deburgh) but when it comes to counting minorites they use the count they whole country.
Although this was in the mid 1980s.
But today would scottish people be classed as a minority, and even if they weren;t is it only minoroties that can claim to use racism as a reason.
