Itls very difficult charging a black person or a non white person with racism in a country where the majority is white. A friend was told this years ago in newham after he was racially abused (he's scottish) so he tried to claim race discrimination the police told he he couldn;t because he was white and not classed as a minority in that area. (this was 20 years ago)

Odd that white South Africans are labelled as racist then.

The clue is in "minority".





There was a program last week about newham, where even the asian/black population agreed that there are no white english people left in the area.
It was a repeat but I hadn't seen it before.
