Attaching Vinyl lattice to block wall
I wish to add a vinyl lattice fencing to my concrete block wall to add privacy. My sheets are 4/8. What is the best way to fasten? To give maximum height and to intrude as minimally as possible into the block. However it must be firm and permanent. Thanks to anyone for their feedback.
