Default bloody ebay

Bought a used lens which was faulty Seller agreed to a return but says I must use the return label supplied by eBay. Cant get this label. Have emailed ebay twice but no response.

Any hints/tips,experiences of these new, to me, ebay actions ?

If you raise 'a case' with ebay regarding the faulty item, they email you
the return label as a pdf file. Just done this for an expensive item from
the US that proved to be faulty, and it all went very smoothly - an
impressive service and no cost to me.

When you say no cost to you, do you mean that the return label covers
the cost of the return?

Did all that. Contacted seller who agreed to take return after that I'm just going round in circles.

Just revisited ebay.Site now give me ebay sellers name and address and tells me to post it back. WTF
