Default Protega OCF90 paint - Any Good?

Has anyone experience of this paint system?

http://www.protegacoatings.com/docs/ProtegaLacOCF90.pdf

Seems to be aimed at agricultural and structural steel work and is a primer
as well as top coat. Slightly suspicious of things that seem too good to be
true but the fabricator I heard of it from seems convinced

No experience, but note the specification for surface preparation. What
do you want to paint, and for what environment? Are you able to blast
clean it?

It will be the cab of a tractor, and yes I will sand blast it first - in
fact probably twice - once pre-welding up the holes and once after !
