Default Peel-A-Way Paint Remover For Latex Paint: Any Good ?

Hello,

Have to remove some several year old (probably latex) paint
from a concrete foundation.

Has anyone ever tried anything similar using those
Peel-A-Way paint remover products ?

Any good ?
Thoughts on ?

Which one specifically did you use ? Was it on latex paint ?
They sure seem to have a lot of different types.

Any other brands/types that might be better ?

Thanks,
B.
