Imagine a wind turbine way up in the air, held there by helium that
rapidly leaks out. Tethered by conducting cables - wouldn't they be
heavy, to conduct all that power?
Now imagine thousands of them, winding around each other.
At the end is a list of government and other organisations that funded
this.
