HiTuf cable
I asked one of the cable manufacturers at the Screwfix fare what
happened to HiTuf cable, because everyone seemed to stop selling it. Answer is that the factory closed, and no one is manufacturing it at the moment. A new factory will be making it later this year. It's just about completed, and is going through the long recertification process at the moment before a product can be put on the market. -- Andrew Gabriel [email address is not usable -- followup in the newsgroup] |

Well we will just have to use NYY-J cable instead:-) HiTuf is/was nothing more than Drakas trade name of NYY-J cable IMHO. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england...shire-16989490 is probably the closed factory (but Prysmian also closed a factory in Wales) -- Adam |
