![]() Anyone help with this one please?. Someone somewhere makes a "finishing strip" that comprises of a thin strip of metal around 25 mm wide with the edges turned up a little and onto that there is pressed into place a flat Plastic strip which has turned down edges that grip and hold onto the curved edges of the metal strip as it were. You could use it for finishing or putting a sort of decorative finish over the join of say Two large panels or sheets of plastic or Fabric covered MDF type wood if you see what I mean. So anyone what its called and where you get it or who supplies it?. It is used, ISTR in the shop fitting out trade.. Cheers... -- Tony Sayer |

John MacLeod Thanks for that John phoned them but its not quite what I had in mind tho.! This does seem to be a bit rare .. as mentioned its around an Inch wide and goes onto a metal former around the same width with fixing screws drilled into it then its pressed back onto the steel strip then the raised curved edges that hold it into place thus covering the join say between Two lumps of sheet boarding forming a fixed PVC strip to cover the join, and of course no visible means of attachment;!.. Anyone else and ideas ??.. -- Tony Sayer |

Not quite what you're looking for, but if not suitable, look at their other trims, transitions, strips and seals, might be some others that are http://www.floorandwallsolutions.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=288_290&pro ducts_id=1056 |
