PVA .. will it seal damp damage ?
I have to deal with a large area 2sqm on wall papered ceiling that has
suffered from a water leak from above. A 1/3rd of the paper has fallen off and the rest will be removed. The plaster is badly stained but secure. Can I use PVA as a stain blocker before I re paper considering the large amount to cover ? Mike P the 1st |
