Perhaps this is a daft question, but here goes:

Is there any difference between 10mm nail through pipe clips and 10mm
round wire clips?

I ask because I have some 10mm cable clips (I think), and wonder
whether I can use them rather than buy a box of pipe clips to use with
some 10mm microbore.
