Good afternoon,
What is the best thing for sealing yellowish damp stains on a plaster ceiling before applying emulsion? Is an oil-based undercoat ok? Thanks |

Thanks IME thats usually good enough, but not every time. But then thats true of more spcialised stain blockers too. if you get a blocking failed situation you just have to sandwich paint layers.
