Default Cordless impact driver and angled bit holder

I bought one of these ages ago to pad out a Screwfix order to free
postage:

Had very low expectations of it, in fact had left it laying in a tool
box for a year or so.

Today I used it with a cordless impact driver, expecting it to be a
smack-your-fingers swine to control, if it worked at all.

It actually worked brilliantly, driving a 6 * 80mm turbogold into
hardwood (in hammer mode) - with virtually no torque reaction coming
back through the sleeve.
