Turbo Gold offer @ Screwfix
Anyone who hasn't sampled the delights of the Turbo Gold screw - a thing of
wondrous beauty - nows your chance. http://www.screwfix.com/prods/82486&...adcast-_-Image £25 for 2,600 of the little gems + a steel case. As you might have guessed I rather like them. -- Dave - The Medway Handyman www.medwayhandyman.co.uk 01634 717930 07850 597257 |

Those trade cases always seem weighted away from what I mostly use.
When are we going to be able to select the mix we want in the box online? |

Our local B&Q must be doing the same thing - they had a bin full of Spax for 50p a box last weekend. The 'middle' sizes were mostly gone, but I had plenty of those anyway... -- The information contained in this post is copyright the poster, and specifically may not be published in, or used by http://www.diybanter.com |

How do Turbo Golds compare? TurboGold seem to tear a bit more, Spax cuts a smoother thread - but TG is a lot cheaper. |

Our local B&Q must be doing the same thing - they had a bin full of Spax for 50p a box last weekend. The 'middle' sizes were mostly gone, but I had plenty of those anyway... I think spax are revising their packaging and naming scheme - there may be more old stock bargains |
