Bell Box Operation
Hi all
Just received my alarm parts ready for upgrade. One question that came to mind relates to the bell box. If the backup battery is removed/disconnected from the bell, will the bell still work off the panel power? Is the backup battery only used in the event of power being cut between the panel and the bell? TIA Phil |

Yes, provided you have connections to + (aka + holdoff), - (aka - holdoff) and trigger (aka just about anything). Wouldn't do it myself for extended operation though. -- fred Plusnet - I hope you like vanilla |
