Well assuming they're lead-acid, you'll definitely want "deep discharge"
or "leisure" battery rather than "automotive" or "starter" battery.

No remaining clues about dimentions/capacity on any stickers on the scooter?

And Lidl had some "intelligent" switch-mode battery chargers about 2 weeks
ago, which should suit.
Probably sold out now, but worth a look if you're passing one.

I'd be asking the manufacturers/distributors. Failing that there appear to
be people selling them new - I'd ask them if I couldn't find the source.

You might find this

an interesting read.

You will need 2 x 12V deep Discharge batteries, Measure the size of
the hole they go in and I would guess 26 or 33 amp hour (Ah) batteries
required and a maximum 3amp battery charger for 26Ah battery, maybe
5Ah for larger batteries, the bigger the charger the faster the charge
time.

26Ah 126 176 166 m5 bolt
33Ah 160 130 194 m6 bolt
44Ah 170 165 197 m6 bolt
55Ah 207 137 228 m6 bolt

I don't know that particular model, but many (most? all?) of this type
of vehicle have a non-standard battery pack designed for that make and
model. This is to make it easy to install and remove the battery and
hold it in place on/within the scooter.

Whilst the pack may have a perfectly standard and widely available
battery within it, the entire pack is needed to match the scooter's
connector(s) and mounting brackets. Unfortunately, as these packs aren't
standard, the cost can be extortionate compared to the cost of the
standard battery within it.

Buying the standard battery that is used within the pack is of little
use - as it won't have the connectors needed to connect to the scooter
or be safe to use without means to hold it securely in place.

Similar problems can exist with the charger. These are often fitted with
a special connector, to plug into the scooter chassis, or plug into the
battery pack. Another make and model of charger may again be of little
use, as it will not fit the battery pack connector or a charge connector
on the scooter.

Where standard batteries do come in useful is when the battery inside
the battery pack has started to fail. This battery can be removed and a
new one fitted, for far less cost than buying a replacement pack.

Of course, if you have the right skills available, it is possible to use
standard batteries and a standard charger and make the modifications
needed to the scooter to allow their use without the custom pack
hardware. However, this is far from trivial. It is very important that
the battery is held securely - if a bump causes the battery to move and
for its contact(s) to touch metalwork, the result can be a fire and an
explosion.

Have you tried contacting the makers first?.

There are several battery suppliers around such as
www.cpcbatteries.co.uk who do these or if they don't then they'll know
someone who does!..
