Absolutely right. The new ISO,CEN and BS standards require such
constructions to be made outdoors at minimal manufacturing costs to
avoid additional CO2 emissions. In order to provide work to those that
might not otherwise have a profession, it is necessary that such
activities are conducted in an environment where H & S officers are not
bound to inspect!
