Default Treating Fence

Hi
New house has fence that needs treating. It consists of bare wood, bits that
still have previous treatment and lots of it with green mould. What's the
quickest way of preparing this for the likes of Cuprinol etc. without the
use of a power tool.?

Thanks
Paul

Just brush to remove any loose material. No need for power tools.
