D&M are doing their one: Kempton Park, November 17-19

http://www.dm-tools.co.uk/kempton.php

And if you need a quick fix in the meantime, their shop (73-81 Heath
Road, Twickenham) is well worth a visit.

Yes I have been to their one in the past. Not large but not bad either.

Let's hope that they and perhaps some of the others capitalise on the
gap in the market

Definitely. I'll even buy a round. I have to say though that the
catering, as in all of these types of event, is not a reason to go.

There are trains, and it is fairly close to the Sunbury exit on the
M3/A316. Parking is quite good.

Kempton Park actually has its own railway station - but may only be open
on race days for large crowds. Sunbury isn't a long walk away, though -
about 10-15 minutes.

Hell of a trek to get to Hull though....

Last time I went, I wasn't too impressed with the place but do remember
finding an excellent fish restaurant.

Any conclusions on this? It's at the end of next week.

Would people have Friday or Saturday in mind to go?

I was really hoping to make it, but we have so much going on at the
moment that it's not looking good. :-(
