You can certainly get bath taps with a spray attachment.but Ive never seen
anything for a WH Basin .Some hairdressers use an electric shower unit
situated next to the basin

I think there should be no problem using an kitchen mono basin mixer in
the bathroom as long as you have a single tap hole basin. Have a look
