replacable? The tyre is fine but bubbles come from the valve core in the

it will be the same as a car tyre valve, it needs a valve core tool to undo
it. Any car shop will sell the tool and valve, some tyre pressure gauges
(the old pop out type) have a valve tool screwed into the end.
