Default 18mm upvc facias

I am getting some replacement facias. Does 18mm seem right. I have got
verbal quotes and both say use 18mm.
Thanks
Neil

That is the standard thickness for replacement facias. You can get
thinner ones designed to "cap" the existing wood ones (a bad idea IMHO)
