What is it ... metalworking?

It's about 5" long. The shaft on the left looks like it is meant to be chucked in a hand drill. The bar protruding on the right reciprocates, with a 7/16" stroke, protruding a maximum of 1/8". The body is very sturdy, maybe cast iron. "Keesling" did not Google. Thanks, Bob |
