Obama Approval Slips to 47%
distro pruned to RCM

Obama Approval Slips to 47%

(1) How do you think the country is doing? Not very well at all. I think Obama is still surprised he won the election, although the surprise may be wearing off by now. So far the only thing he seems to have accomplished was some strides towards abortion and gay rights. He is more interested in pleasing Nancy than the people who voted him into office. I doubt I will be voting for him again. (2) How do you think Obama is doing compared to what would be happening with someone else in the White House, which greatly depends on who the someone else is. Probably worse, only because he seems to be more interested in himself than the rest of us. Someone else, anybody else, would probably be less corrupt not being a product of the Chicago mob machine. Whether that's true or not, that is my perception, thus it's the truth for me. It is well to remember that "politics is the art of the possible."
