Default Knee crank handle for a Maxmill ?

I bought an old Maxmill 9x42" Bridgeport clone which did not come with a
knee crank handle. I tried a genuine Bridgeport handle but the hole was
slightly too small. Does anyone know where I can get a handle for the
Maxmill? If I can't find one, I'll try to enlarge the hole on the
Bridgeport handle. Thanks.
