Can 8018 and 9018 welding rod be used in lieu of 7018?

Dan Absolutely correct. 8018 is 80,000 pound weldment strength 9018 is 90,000 pound weldment strength and of course we know that the "18" (last 2 digits typically indicates low hydrogen electrodes (rods) --- This email has been checked for viruses by Avast antivirus software. https://www.avast.com/antivirus |
