I only know that none of these left-wing extremists has posted in a very
long time. The only one I believe for certain is dead is Dudu
Scheisskopf. Someone in another group, who knew his real identity
because they had exchanged e-mail, found an obituary or death notice for
him. He died on February 12 of this year, aged 60.

I can't find an obituary for Smithers, either. I did find a couple of
people-search sites that have complete listings, with address and phone,
for him. I don't know how clean those sites' data are.

Bugster himself wrote in or.politics, the main group he pollutes, that
he had coronary bypass surgery in January. I also found his Facebook
page and he makes reference to it on there as well. His FB page also
makes reference to the fact his wife died last summer.
