That is pretty much backwards.

Most of the money is being borrowed is
at less than 1% interest. That means it
is borrowed below the rate of inflation.

And a lot of the borrowed money goes for
buying the biggest leg breaking
weapons in the world.

So no its nothing like your analogy.
