Default Craigslist costs now

I went to put a job offer on Craigslist in Las Vegas. Seems it is now $25
to post a job offer in a list of US cities.

So post it here for free.

I am sure Gummer will come up with some excuse why he is too busy to
pay his bills by working it.

Cheap at twice the price. Try advertising in a newspaper ... wild assed
guess: $100, minimum. Bob

I recently paid $300+ to put a job ad in Monster (and got lots of
crap). Professional engineer's sites are similar cost (again not much
quality control). Still cheap compared to head hunters.. but to some
extent you get the filtering you pay for.

They've about killed off newspaper classified sections.

We still advertise help wanted in the local paper. But, it sure
doesn't generate the response it used to. We used to advertise apples
for sale. We stopped, its just a waste of $. Newspapers are dying.
