We tend to take suggestions of payoffs and bribes rather seriously and
deal with them permanantly.

When such things occur..they are rare..and harshly delt with when they
do occur.

The cities of Maywood and Bell recently found that out....

Bell and Maywood are "industrial towns" that had few residents, but a
big big tax base because of the factories. As some areas are..they are
occupied between 6am and 5:30 pm..then...everyone in town...leaves.

It won't be blantant. Somebody will stop by and ask for a donation to
the benevolent associtaion, or the fireman's fund or something like
that. You, of course, are free to decline to contribute. (At your
peril)
