financial hardship, definately have less income than the poverty leval
and $15k is far above 8%

_SO_ wanted to do, he'll take in a couple million and all the rest
will still go without. ****ing Brilliant!

Does anyone fail to see that this is a _protection_scam_, pure and
(not so) simple? It's a tax on healthcare without providing healthcare
