Default fs: anyone want a SB 9 inch lathe for $400?

I'm about to help a friend part out an SB 9 inch lathe - it's complete, some
surface rust, looks like it will clean up well, but we both think we will
get around $600 for parts and a lot less than that for the whole lathe - but
it's a bunch of work, so if anyone would like the lathe for $400, please
contact me right away - it's near Los Angeles - get my email off my web page
below.
