worse for the experience. I only wish I'd been
there to see it when he had
to carry the thing out the back door with all
these bottle rockets and stuff
going off inside!

:-)

If *I* had to dry out wet fireworks, I would probably put them
in a vacuum chamber and evaporate the water that way.

Hmm ... large bell jar, small firecracker, wires though
gas-tight insulators to a heater wire, pump it down then set off the
firecracker and see whether the volume of the bell jar could be filled
quickly enough to make the sound transmit to the outside. (Obviously, a
safety cage around the bell jar, just to be sure. :-)

Enjoy,

With bombs, you run away. With implosive devices, would you
run towards the device?

Now, if we could get the rest of society to disarm, we'd
have 300 or so million naked people with no weapons? Being a
believer in the US Constitution, I can't see that as being a
good thing. I also don't see metal detectors and disarmed
school students as a good thing.

Remove the rest of the old slate chalkboards, as they can be

Let's also take belts and shoelaces, hanging devices.

Hmm, now school looks like prison. Hmm...

Yeah, dump everything unionized. The good news is that The O wants to
unionize everything so it costs less. Go freakin' figure.

No, just get rid of the laws that forbid employers to fire them and hire
scab labor when they go on strike.

Imagine a scenario:

Union: "We're going on strike, because we want more money!"
Employer: "OK, go on strike for the rest of your life if you want - we've
got 1,000 people waiting right here at the side door who
would be happy to do your job for an honest wage!"

But, NOOOOOooooo - that's against the LAW!

Socialism at its finest.

Hope This Helps!
Rich
