Limbaugh tells NYC to Drop Dead
Let the Record show that Shabtai on or about
Tue, 23 Jun 2009 16:26:42 -0700 did write/type or cause to appear in rec.crafts.metalworking the following: Draft dodger & tax cheat. Just raises everybody else's tax share. Typical winger scum. NO your Government just raised everyone else's by being greedy. For every "one" you see leaving, I'd bet there are ten you don't see ta. He's long forgotten, but Edward Heath was considered to have been The Rolls Royce Salesman for the early 1970s. Seems his tax schemes made the return on investments so unappealing, a lot of people decided they'd rather just spend the money on a Rolls. And then there was the great Luxury Yacht Tax - which mostly resulted in the closing of Seattle area boatyards as the work went to Canada. You'd think the Marxist would remember "capital has no country." You forget that most other deveoped nations have higher total taxes. AND universal health care. I'm sure Cliffs praise of other countries' tax policies have some relation to the ability of consumers to purchase goods, but he's not making a good argument for it. Cliff seems e to have missed the minor detail that Great Britain in the 1970's had high taxes, and Universal health care - and people were choosing to spend their money on cars, rather than waste it on making investments with a negative rate of return. Just about the time you finally see light at the end of the tunnel, you find out it's a Government Project to build more tunnel. The light at the end of the tunnel is a film crew from Faux egging on the rabid mob of wingers trying to burn it down. Are you truly as ignorant about how foreigners hide their incomes from taxes as you seem? There's a reason the black market thrives in these countries. There were good reasons a lot of British pop-stars and others chose to "live abroad" for tax reasons. Tax avoidance is an old an 'honorable' endeavor. The greatest method of tax avoidance, is to do nothing which might cause an increase in valuation for the tax collectors to come after. And universal health care, in foreign countries, is for the poor SOB's that can't afford to come to America for serious illnesses. the Stats on cancer survival rates is enlightening. While there is free medical coverage in Europe, if you want to survive, you're better off to come to the United States. Something about waiting lists and limits on the drugs and procedures allowed by the public government programs. - pyotr filipivich We will drink no whiskey before its nine. It's eight fifty eight. Close enough! |
