Die Casting.

Die casting is the process of forcing molten metal under high pressure
into mold cavities (which are machined into dies).Most die castings
are made from non-ferrous metals, specifically zinc, copper,aluminum,
magnesium, lead, and tin based alloys, although ferrous metal
diecastings are possible.

Die Casting can be performed manually, automatically, orhalf
automatically.

For the automatic methods of die casting there are two maintypes of
machines, they a

1. Hot Chamber Method.

2. Cold Chamber Method.
