When are you dumbasses going to realize that Bush is gone, and the markets are reacting appropriately to the BS our current president is dealing. The markets reflect confidence - or lack thereof - in the future based on what's going on NOW, not last year. When that $800B porkfest got crammed through in record time, most sensible people realized the folly of making that $3500 annual IRA contribution, and bought AR15s instead. The latter has appreciated while stocks are nosediving. Thank you Mr. President. The billion dollar company I work for quit contributing to both 401K match and company pension funds. So all the workers didn't get an hourly pay cut, but a huge benefit cut. That happened at this chicken outfit - and many others - after 9/11 |
