The Bush Economy, 20FEB09
RCM only
On Sat, 21 Feb 2009 01:39:26 -0500, the infamous "Buerste" scrawled the following: I would love to see President Obama become the best president EVER! I do think however, that the market is not reacting well to "Frisbee Golf Parks", "Salt Marsh Mouse Habitat" regeneration and other stuff that is nothing less than jaw-dropping. I believe President Obama would have much preferred a cleaner bill and I think the market might have reacted better. The stimulus bill is odiferous, not even you can defend it. People are voting with their investments, liberals and conservatives alike. WTF happened to the line item veto? I wonder if we could get Ed to give us his interpretation of how Obama is doing so far. -- Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea. --Robert A. Not bad. He looks like one of those learn-by-doing programs that start off with some good ideas and that build toward wisdom by making mistakes and correcting as they go. He has both the left and the right fit to be tied, so he can't be doing too badly. -- Ed Huntress |

What do you think of his stimulus plan contents/methods?
